Our organization is committed to gathering a village to care for each other by using the CarePortal platform. We are an implementing partner of the global orphan project’s developed platform that helps create a sustainable support community using real-time requests to meet the needs of at-risk parents. Through our collaborative efforts and community engagement measures we are reaching parents and their families to share resources and build relationships that empower and encourage them to become self-sufficient.
